Itinerary Overview
Day 1 – Arrival in Chetumal
Meet & greet at the airport. Transfer to hotel and panoramic city tour (depending on arrival time). Free afternoon. Overnight stay.
Day 2 – Chetumal · Bacalar · Chetumal
Breakfast. Day trip to Bacalar, the “Lagoon of Seven Colors.” Panoramic tour and free time to explore. Lunch included. Return to Chetumal. Overnight stay.
Day 3 – Chetumal · Becan · Xpujil
Breakfast. Visit the Becan archaeological site, known for its unique defensive moat. Continue to Xpujil. Overnight stay in a local eco-hotel.
Day 4 – Xpujil · Campeche
Breakfast. Transfer to Campeche, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the walled city and colonial architecture. Overnight stay.
Day 5 – Campeche · Uxmal · Mérida
Breakfast. Visit Uxmal, one of the most beautiful Mayan cities. Continue to Mérida for a panoramic city tour: Paseo Montejo, Monument to the Homeland, Cathedral, and Government Palaces. Overnight stay.
Day 6 – Mérida · Las Coloradas · Mérida
Breakfast. Day trip to Las Coloradas, a pink salt lagoon and biosphere reserve. Observe mangroves and local wildlife. Return to Mérida. Overnight stay.
Day 7 – Mérida (Tren Maya) · Chichén Itzá · Playa del Carmen
Breakfast. Board the Tren Maya to Chichén Itzá, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Visit the Temple of Kukulkán and other iconic structures. Continue to Playa del Carmen. Overnight stay.
Day 8 – Playa del Carmen
Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the beaches of the Mexican Caribbean or optional activities. Overnight stay.
Day 9 – Playa del Carmen · Departure
Breakfast. Transfer to Cancun Airport at scheduled time.
