• Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding
  Arrival in Mexico City and transfer to Tepoztlán. Sunset yoga and a light vegetarian dinner.

• Day 2 – Climbing the Visible & Invisible
  Sunrise yoga, hike to the Tepozteco pyramid, and a traditional temazcal ceremony.
  Theme: “What you seek is within you.” – Rumi
• Day 3 – Breathing Memory
  Conscious breathing workshop, visit to the local market, and a sharing circle.
  Theme: “To breathe is to come home.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
• Day 4 – Dance Your Skin
  Ecstatic dance, therapeutic massage, and moonlit reflection.
  Theme: “The body knows what the mind has forgotten.” – Inspired by Nietzsche
• Day 5 – The Power of Silence
  Silent retreat day with mindful walking, meditation, and journaling.

• Day 6 – Offering to the Earth
  Gratitude yoga, floral offering ritual, and cacao ceremony.

• Day 7 – Depart Without Leaving
  Final yoga session and time for symbolic souvenirs before returning to Mexico City.
